My brother the pest

It's been a long time since I blogged. This puppy raising keeps a girl busy. Baby Felix is really growing. I still don't like to be too close to him. I only sit here for the cookies.He bites my ears and neck for fun. Still learning doggy manners. I wish he would learn a little quicker.Look at those needle teeth I'm doomed!

My new brother

Assistant puppy raising is hard. These kids don't know anything. It's up to me to show them the ropes. I kind of like Felix. He really likes all my toys. Mom says I have to share. I am very gentle with the baby.

I wish he was gentle with me. He has very sharp teeth and likes to chew on my tail and ears. That hurts! We are running, wrestling & playing. I'm not lonely anymore.

Getting ready

My new brother Felix is coming home soon. We are getting the baby toys ready. Someone gave us a new baby bed. I'm just testing it out. I don't quite fit. I'll fit with a little wiggling. I hope he comes soon. I'm a little lonely here without a playmate.

Romping with Bree

Mom needed help to tell kids about Paws to Read. I don't have that job anymore so Bree stepped in to help out. That means I got to have a sleep over. We didn't sleep much. We wrestled instead. Bree is my BFF. We had a contest to see who had cleaner teeth.

Happy Valentines Day

I'm having a great day. I went to see all the kids at Children's hospital today. I sure did get a lot of Valentines!
Then for a treat Mom let me run in the yard for a few minutes without my basket muzzle on. I still had energy after my visit with the kids. I also found out I am getting a new brother named Felix. She says I still have 5 weeks to wait. Whatever that means. I got to play with the pretend Felix till the new one comes. See me fly!

My buddy Skeeter

This week my friend Skeeter came for a sleep over. Mom needed help at a school presentation about PAWS and I have been a little lonely since Mac moved. We had so much fun playing. We shared toys and nylabones. I like Skeeter. He is fun. Not a pest at all! His mommy missed him so he couldn't stay too long. Maybe I can go to his house and play soon.

January Blues

A lot has gone on this month. I had to have surgery one last time. My belly is damaged from all the stuff I ate. I now have to wear a plastic cage when I go outside. It is to remind me to not eat grass and sticks that would hurt me. I can't sample the poop either. That makes me sad. I love a little recycled kibble in the morning.

Mommy and I are having lots of cuddle time until the new baby comes around April. We're not sure what we will get. It will be a furry surprise.

I got to spend the week with Bree when the family went on a trip on a big boat to Mexico.

For now I'll just relax & heal

Mac moved to another house so he can stop getting into mischief too. Mom calls it boot camp. We heard he already tried to eat some gloves there. Bad Boy. He met some new friends in the Lansing area.
