Please join me in my journey to become a service dog for someone who is deaf, has a physical disability or seizures. I have to be exposed to many different places sounds & people to be a success. These are my adventures on the road to service dog.
HQ has sent the updates and my siblings are doing great. I'm very proud of them!
Andre is doing well. He is being introduced to push plates and retrieving a water bottle from the fridge. We continue to work on him opening doors and have also started Andre on opening a slider door! Aries tasks are progressing well. Her latest task introduced is lifting my foot back onto the foot rest of the wheelchair. Today Halo came to visit. That also means a few days without Tresa. It's good for her to go to other houses. It is different playing with Halo. She out weighs me by 20 lbs and she's really good at the body slams! Halo got to see all my old buddies at a weight watcher meeting. Not that I'm saying she needs the info, but I know I've had to learn about portion size. A girl likes to eat
Mom went to visit some new pups on Sunday. I got to go to my 1/2 sister's house for a play date. We ran for hours and then I tried to snuggle up in her baby bed. Rumor still fits better than I did. That's me all curled up.Mom put the baby crate away last month because Tresa & I both didn't fit anymore. Did I ever fit in this?
On 10/14/08 I went to school but I was too scared and could not focus. I don't like being in that kennel! I didn't pass my test and had to leave school. It's okay now I get to live with Mom forever. She's got more plans for me. My brother Austin wasn't right for the program either. He changed his major & school. Now he's training to be a Leader Dog for the Blind.
